Erroll Flynn usually pops in my mind 1st when thinking about pirate heroes 🙂 In books, I really liked the pirates that Julia Garwood included in her regency romances (Guardian Angel & The Gift)

I absolutely LOVE that the woman is holding the sword on the cover. My favorite pirate is Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow but Johanna Lindsey’s James Mallory is a VERY close second.

This story sounds like it’s going to be exciting to read. I have a feeling Bastien and Raeven are going to find their place firmly in my heart. The names this couple have are beautiful. I mentioned on other posts about how beautiful covers have been recently and this is one has been one of my favorites since I first saw it. Thank you for the contest chance 🙂

Toss up between James Mallory (Johanna Lindsey) or Wesley/Dread Pirate Roberts from the princess bride. I fell in love with them in my teen years and they have stuck with me ever since.

If we are going with favorite in looks, that one is definitely Captain Jack Sparrow. If we are going with favorite in general though I would have to say Davy Jones from the POTC movie Dead Man’s Chest. That man embodies love and devotion to a woman, he loved Calypso so much that he would rather live without his heart than her love. Besides that, Bill Nighy makes an awesome Davy Jones!
